Filter Press Body Parts
Filter plate: one of the core parts of filter press, usually made of high strength, lightweight polypropylene or other corrosion-resistant materials.
Filter plate: one of the core parts of filter press, usually made of high strength, lightweight polypropylene or other corrosion-resistant materials, with corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, high strength, light weight, easy to clean and so on. The filter plate is mounted on the main beam in a certain order to form a filter chamber and realize solid-liquid separation.
Main beam: carries the weight of the equipment and supports all the gravity of the pressing plate, filtering part and filter cake.
Pressure plate: connected with the piston rod of the cylinder, it presses the filter plate by thrust to form a sealed filter chamber.
Thrust plate: opposite to the compression plate, it supports the filter plate and filter cloth together and bears the tensile force generated by the cylinder propulsion.
Hydraulic system accessories
Hydraulic pump: an important part to generate pressure and provide power for the hydraulic system.
Hydraulic cylinder: the main equipment to drive the pressing plate and moving plate, realizing the pressing and loosening action through the action of hydraulic oil.
Oil tank, oil pipe, solenoid valve and hydraulic pipeline: the oil circulation and control system of the hydraulic system, to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
Accessories of filter press system
Filter cloth: as the support of filtration media, it plays a key role in handling the separation of solids and liquids. The filter cloth needs to be replaced periodically to maintain the filtration effect.
Suspension device: Used to fasten the filter cloth to the filter press plate to improve working stability and efficiency.
Electrical control system accessories
Distribution box: Provides electrical support for the filter press.
Sensor, touch screen, PLC and motor: form the electrical control system to realize the automatic control and monitoring of the filter press, PLC is responsible for the switching control of the whole equipment, to ensure that the filter press automatically adjusts the hydraulic pump and hydraulic pressure under different working conditions to ensure the separation quality.
